Tips & Advice
- Buy your ticket for a specific date and hour ahead of time, because every session is timed entry and tickets can't be moved to another session.
- Arrive early for your session, since late arrivals aren't compensated for missed ice time and each skate lasts only one hour.
- Leave bags and handheld items off the ice, as they aren't allowed on the rink during skating sessions.
- Check the forecast before heading out, because the rink closes for rain, high wind, high humidity, freezing temperatures or temperatures above 72 degrees.
- Park free at the visitors bureau lot or take the free shuttle from the Grapevine Library to avoid paying once the garage's free 90 minutes run out.
Special Events & Promotions
- New Year’s Eve has shortened hours: the rink closes at 7:30 p.m., with the final skating session starting at 6:30 p.m.
