Tips & Advice
- Choose your session and film carefully before you buy, because all ticket sales are final, with no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
- Use the Lancaster Theatre entrance, which is the yellow building with green doors beside the Palace Theatre, not the Palace's own doors.
- Look at run times when you pick a film, since they range from about 20 minutes to over an hour for Mickey and Pooh.
- Buy a ticket for every adult in your group too, because all guests need one and adults can't attend without a child.
- Children under 2 get in without a ticket but don't receive a craft bag, so buy a toddler a ticket if they want to craft.
