Visitors step into Baile Beag transformed into an atmospheric Christmas-themed play village to interact with Santa's elves and Mrs. Claus, post letters to the North Pole, and help sick reindeer in the reindeer hospital. Guests gather to see the Christmas tree lights and listen to Mrs. Claus read 'The Night Before Christmas' before Santa arrives down the chimney. Each family meets Santa individually in his grotto, where children receive a token to choose a gift from the Toy Shop and get a family photo, followed by cookie decorating, hot drinks, and outdoor play.
