Tips & Advice
- Pick up tickets at a participating DFW Market Street store starting October 10, since they cost less there than online or at the door.
- Leave shopping carts, wagons and strollers in the car or at the stroller check, because the aisles have limited space.
- Buy a boomerang ticket at the booth before you leave if you want to shop another day, since regular tickets are good for one entry only.
- If the East Lot off Jupiter Road is full, park at Oak Point Recreation Center and ride a volunteer golf cart to the east entrance.
- Look for the market map the week of the event, which shows every merchant and where each one's booth is.

Quick Actions
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I park?
Self-parking is free in the East Parking Lot off Jupiter Road. When that fills, use the overflow lot at Oak Point Recreation Center. Police help with street crossings there, and volunteers run golf carts to the east entrance. Paid valet is available from the Spring Creek Parkway entrance.
Can I bring my kids and a stroller?
Kids are welcome, and children 12 and under get in free. Many vendors sell children's items. The aisles are tight, so leave strollers in the car or use the stroller check, which costs nothing extra.
Is my ticket good for more than one day?
No. A ticket gets you in once, on one day of the four-day market. To come back another day, buy a boomerang ticket at the ticket booth before you leave.
Can I get food and drinks inside?
Yes. Plano Event Center sells snacks and drinks, including festive cocktails. It takes cash and credit cards.
What is Ladies Night Out?
It's the preview party the evening before the market opens. Guests pre-shop the merchants, bid in a silent auction and enjoy food and cocktails. Tickets must be bought in advance.
