Fishers Christmas Events 2026

A Merry Prairie Holiday at Conner Prairie is the city’s signature event, featuring holiday lights, living history, and family activities. The city also hosts tree lightings, visits with Santa, and festive performances throughout the season.

Fishers is known for its blend of modern and historic holiday celebrations, including immersive experiences at Conner Prairie and community-driven neighborhood light displays. The city also emphasizes local makers and artisans during the season.

While specific neighborhoods vary year to year, areas around Conner Prairie and well-established subdivisions often have impressive displays. Driving through central Fishers neighborhoods after dark usually yields plenty of festive finds.

Look for holiday markets and craft fairs at community centers, libraries, and event spaces. While larger markets are in nearby Carmel, Fishers offers pop-up artisan stalls and local vendor events throughout December.

Neighborhood light displays, visits to Santa’s Mailbox, and community tree lightings are all free. Many local markets and craft fairs are also low-cost or free to attend, making them accessible for everyone.

Conner Prairie’s holiday event is especially family-friendly, with rides, Santa visits, and interactive displays. Local markets often have kid-focused activities, and neighborhood light tours are a hit with all ages.
