Tips & Advice
- If you want a stall, fill in the 2026 stallholder application form on the Grimbergen municipal website, because registration is already open.
- Last year's stallholders get priority, so previous exhibitors should send their application in again to keep their place at the market.
- Stallholders should read the house rules before the market, because breaking them can cost the deposit or get the stand closed.
- Plan your power needs within the included supply of up to 16 amps per stand, and rent a fire extinguisher from the organisers if needed.
- Let the organisers know as soon as possible if you can't attend, because the stall fee stays due unless the pitch is re-let or your reason is accepted.
Quick Actions
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I get a stall at the market?
Fill in the 2026 stallholder application form on the Grimbergen municipal website. Registration is already open, and last year's stallholders get priority.
What kinds of stalls are there?
There are chalets for handmade arts and crafts, chalets for other goods that aren't homemade, and food and drink stands. Each can be a single or a double chalet.
Is electricity included for stallholders?
Yes. The stall fee covers the low-voltage supply, up to 16 amps per stand. Fire extinguishers can be rented separately.
What if a stallholder can't attend?
Stallholders must tell the organisers. If the pitch can't be re-let, or the reason isn't accepted, the fee is still due.
Are there rules for stallholders?
Yes. A set of house rules applies. Damage or breaking the rules can cost you the deposit, get the stand closed, or keep you out of future markets.
