- Hours: 25 and 26 December: 9:30–18:00. On Lichterabend dates, day-ticket visitors can stay only until 15:30; combo tickets allow a daytime and evening visit.
- Parking: There's a large free car park right in front of the entrance.
- Accessibility: Ten designated accessible parking spaces are available directly in front of the entrance.

- Plan your visit for the afternoon so you're still there for the lights after dark, and choose a combo ticket to stay on for a Lichterabend.
- On Lichterabend dates, day-ticket visitors must leave by mid-afternoon, so buy a combo or Lichterabend ticket if you want to stay into the evening.
- Book tickets online ahead of time, because your preferred time slot can sell out, and combo tickets only come with mid-afternoon entry slots.
- Leave packed food and drinks at home, because you can't bring them into Pantropica, and the three restaurants stay open throughout WinterTraum.

There are 18 special evenings during WinterTraum. Thousands of real candles, string lights, lanterns, blacklight decorations and light effects turn the jungle park into a fairy-tale world.
Where can we eat and drink?
Pantropica's three restaurants stay open during WinterTraum. Winter treats like mulled wine and apple strudel with cream are served at the Pantropica Bar & Restaurant, the Christmas market and Bistro De Sakura. You can't bring your own food or drink.
