Tips & Advice
- Buy a bag of animal feed before you head round the farm, because the goats expect to be fed.
- Get to the farm at least 15 minutes before your Grotto slot, because late arrivals can't be admitted or refunded.
- Look for every elf on the Elf Hunt as you walk round the farm, because finding them all wins a prize.
- Each Grotto visit includes two adults, and up to four adults and four children can share one slot, so plan your group with that in mind.
- Head into the indoor Play Barn when you need to warm up, since the children can use the bouncy castle while you're inside.
Special Events & Promotions
- Santa's Magical Grotto is a separate timed ticket, open weekends from 28 November to 20 December and every day from 21 to 24 December.
- Meet Santa Pooh (Christmas Pooh) on select dates.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the Winter Farm Pass include?
Farm entry, meeting the animals, the Elf Hunt, mini-tractor play, the bouncy castle and the Dance Tunnel. On select dates it also includes a meet-and-greet with Santa Pooh. You can also do Santa-Oke, giant puzzles and photo spots.
How long can we stay on the farm?
Your time slot is your arrival time. After that you can stay on the farm until closing.
Can the children feed the animals?
Yes, but animal feed is sold separately. Buy some before you head round, or the goats won't be pleased.
What happens in Santa's Magical Grotto?
Children help the Elf get ready for Santa's busy schedule, meet Santa to share their wishes and choose a gift in his workshop. On the way out they can write and post a letter to Santa and get a video message back. The Grotto is booked separately, and your Winter Farm Pass is added automatically.
How do I book an under-2 or carer pass?
Start with the Winter-fest Farm Pass option. You can add Santa's Magical Grotto after you click 'continue'.
