- You don't need your own skates, because skates, helmets and skating aids are all for rent on site, though helmets and aids need a deposit.
- The rink is closed on 15 November, 22 November and Christmas Eve, and the food hut also stays shut on Christmas Day.
- From 20 to 30 December the holiday special keeps the rink open later into the evening, except on 21, 22 and 23 December.
