All sales are final. Tickets are valid any day during the open season. Unused advanced purchased vehicle passes may be refunded at the discretion of venue management if the venue permanently closes for the season due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather.

What is considered a standard-sized vehicle?
Any vehicle, including SUVs and Minivans, with 3 rows of seating or less is considered standard. Vehicles with over 3 rows of seating will be subject to Limo/Party Bus/RV pass pricing.
Can I have my dog in my car?
Yes, dogs are permitted to participate as long as they stay in the vehicle. However, no dogs or pets are permitted in the Toyota Holiday Village.
