Can I bring my own item for a celebrity to sign?
Yes, you can bring your own item. If you don't have one, each celebrity has 8x10 photos at their booth, free with each paid autograph. Each person in line can have up to five items signed per celebrity. For more than five, you get back in line for each extra five.
How do I pay for autographs and selfies?
You buy them on site, cash only. Go to the Autograph area of the exhibit hall and join the celebrity's line. You can't buy autographs online.
What's the difference between a selfie and a professional photo op?
You take a selfie at the celebrity's booth with your own phone or camera. A professional photographer takes photo ops at a set time in the Photo Ops Area, with lighting and a custom show backdrop. You get an 8x10 print within about a minute, plus a free digital download. Up to four people can be in one photo op.
Do I need to sign up for celebrity panels?
No. Panels and contests come with valid admission and seating is first come, first served. The panel area closes once it reaches capacity, and the first rows are reserved for VIP.
How does my ticket work?
GrowTix orders get an RFID badge in the mail about a month before the show. The badge is your ticket and allows re-entry on the days it's valid. International buyers pick up their badges at the Will Call booth in the venue lobby.
