Tips & Advice
- Book your tickets online before the day, because no tickets are sold on arrival and every child must come with a paying adult.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your booked entry time so you can check in and start your journey through the Christmas Experience on schedule.
- Choose an early morning session if your child has additional needs, since those can be quieter, and ask ahead for image cards and descriptions.
- Dress for the Scottish weather and wear sturdy footwear, because the experience is part outdoors, runs in all weathers and some surfaces are uneven.
- Bring payment for extras like the funfair, Santa photo and teddy outfits, since these aren't included in the Christmas Experience ticket.

It's open to children of all needs. There are no ASN days, but early morning sessions can be quieter. Image cards and descriptions are available on request. Some surfaces are uneven, so come with someone if you need help.
