How do I find Santafia inside the store?
Go in through the normal Intratuin entrance and turn right after the Groentetuin. At the end of Santafia you come back out into the store and can carry on along the usual route.
Is the Christmas show wheelchair friendly?
Yes, it's easy to get around in a wheelchair. A lift to the upper floor is to the left of the escalator, and staff are happy to help. From upstairs, the sides are left open so you can look down on the decorated escalator.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets are welcome on a leash or in a shopping cart. The store doesn't recommend it during the Christmas show because of the crowds. If your pet has an accident, you're asked to clean it up yourself.
Is there somewhere to eat?
Yes. There's a Christmas restaurant, and De Proeftuin serves breakfast, lunch, sweets, hot dishes and high tea.
