- Parking: For arrival by car via the A4, take the Dresden-Neustadt / Coswig / Radebeul exit and follow signs toward Dresden, then follow the P+R signs to the Hornbach hardware store, from where the circus is visible.
- Accessibility: Limited wheelchair-accessible seats with companion seating are available in Logen H and must be booked directly by phone or email.

- If you use a wheelchair, book directly by email or phone, because the limited accessible places in Loges H can't be booked any other way.
- Reserve a free Circus-Bistro table ahead of time for coffee, cake and snacks before the show and at the interval, because the number of tables is limited.

Is the show suitable for children?
Yes, the show is for all ages. Children up to and including age 2 get in free if they sit on a lap. Strollers are not allowed in the main tent, so ask the service or admission staff on site what to do with yours.

The Erlebniszelt serves festive food, mulled wine and other sweet and savory treats. You can also reserve a free table at the Circus-Bistro for coffee, cake and savory snacks before the show and during the interval. Tables are limited.
Can I visit in a wheelchair?
Yes. There is a limited number of accessible places for wheelchair users, each with space for one companion, in Loges H on the right and left near the artist entrance. You can only book them by email at ticket@dwc.de or by phone.
Which seats should I choose?
There are ten seating categories. The VIP and Premium Loges are right at the center of the ring, and the Loges circle it up to the artist entrance. Parkett is a single raised row behind them, and Sperrsitz has four rising rows behind that. Sperrsitz is the most popular category. Blocks A to D sit on a tiered grandstand around the ring, and the balcony boxes are above them, with 8 unnumbered seats where you choose your own place.
Can I still get tickets on the day of the show?
Yes. Any remaining tickets go on sale at the ticket wagon in the 2 hours before each show, while they last. Booked tickets cannot be canceled or exchanged.
