Tips & Advice
- Dress warmly for an evening outdoors in Forest Park, especially if the kids plan to spend time in the Snow Zone.
- Expect a big crowd, with over 4,000 people attending, so agree on a meeting spot in case your group gets separated.
- Vendors should apply by November 29 and pay within 14 days of approval, because booth space is limited and goes to those who pay first.
- Vendors need to bring their own tents, tables and setup materials, because only the booth space is provided and City staff assign the locations.
