Tips & Advice

  • Come Monday through Thursday for lighter crowds; on busy Friday and Saturday nights, arrive later in the evening to skip peak crowds and activity lines.
  • Buy your tickets online before the day you go, because a fee is added to tickets bought on the day of your visit.
  • Dress for the weather, because this is a walk-through that circles the whole ballpark. The Clubhouse, Workshop and Merry Market are heated if you need a break.
  • Bring extra spending money for the North Pole Express train and the s'mores kits, because neither is included with regular admission.
  • Pick up the scavenger hunt handout at the Customer Service Booth for an easier version for younger kids, then claim the prize at the Merry Market.

Special Events & Promotions

  • Dragons mascots appear on some nights and can be found with Santa inside Santa's Clubhouse.
  • North Pole Express train rides cost extra and can be bought during your visit.
  • Family S'mores Kits for the fire pits are sold separately.
  • Private holiday parties can be booked in the Dragons Diamond Club or the luxury suites, which overlook the lights.
