Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of show is it?
It's a live Christmas concert under the motto "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas." A four-piece live band and two male and two female singers from KATiELLi's own theater productions perform international Christmas classics. Between songs there are stories, some funny and some reflective.
Can I book tickets by phone?
No, the theater doesn't take phone bookings. You can book online or buy tickets in person at the theater box office during its regular opening hours.
What if I booked the wrong date?
Tickets can't be returned. If another date in the series still has seats, you can move your tickets for free in your customer account up to 7 days before your original show, and the system picks your new seats. If you want to choose particular seats, customer service can rebook you for a service fee.
Are there reduced tickets for disabled guests?
The theater has no general discounts. The exception is guests who need a companion: they can buy a reduced ticket for themselves and for their companion. This needs a severely disabled ID with the B mark.
Can I reserve a table?
Yes, but only on the day of the show, at the drinks counter.
