Quick Actions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the North Pole?

It's inside Ballou Recreation Center and open during show hours. Santa photos are free and upstairs. Downstairs you'll find a train model display, cookies, hot chocolate, activities and crafts.

How does the Best in Show vote work?

Each vehicle gets one ballot and turns it in at the end of the route. Winning displays earn donations for the non-profits their builders chose.

Can I buy tickets in advance?

No. Tickets are only sold onsite, and both cash and credit cards are accepted.

How can I build a display?

Fill out the display application. Entering is free, and each builder picks a local non-profit to receive a donation if the display places in the vote.

How can my group volunteer?

Groups can apply to work the gates or volunteer at the North Pole. Gate nights go first to returning gate groups that also build a display, and all other groups join a waitlist.
