- Hours: Entry from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm in timed slots. The page also describes 15-minute entry slots from 4:30–4:45 pm through 8:00–8:15 pm, with later slots possible at certain sites on popular nights. On Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, last entry is 8:00 pm, the trail closes at 9:30 pm, and food and drink concessions close by 9 pm.
- Parking: Visitors are directed to the main car park and should follow the signs and parking stewards. Parking costs £5 per car and the page asks visitors to add it to their booking. Parking is in high demand on busy nights. Blue Badge holders are directed to the disabled car park area near the trail entrance, but a space there is not guaranteed.
