- Vendors coming by barge should book with Amity Trader as early as possible and say so in their stall booking, because standard site fees are waived for them.
- Non-profit island organisations that are members of Coochie Progress should say so when booking, because their standard site fees are waived.
- Bring tablecloths and signage for your stall, because tablecloths are required and signs are highly recommended, as long as they don't block pedestrian flow.
- Plan to stay until the market closes if you're trading, because early departures aren't permitted and marquees must stay up even after you sell out.

Email Emily at markets@coochieprogress.org with the site you want, your power and equipment hire needs, what your stall is for and your contact details. You will be sent a site map showing where your stall is.
Can I hire equipment for my stall?
Yes. Gazebos, tables and chairs can be hired and collected from the Progress trailer on site, and powered sites are available as required. Return the equipment to the trailer when trading ends.
Can food vendors take part?
Yes. Food vendors need a food licence issued by Redland City Council.
What if I sell out early?
Early departures are not allowed. Leave your marquee up until the market closes and put up a 'sold out' sign. No vehicles can move within the market precinct during trading hours.
