When is the Box Office open?
The Box Office is open Monday-Friday from noon to 6 p.m. It is also open one hour prior to each performance at the venue for Will Call and ticket sales for that specific performance. It is closed on major US holidays.
What is the bag policy?
Backpacks, large purses, and large opaque bags are not permitted. Guests may bring one small purse, clutch, wallet, or fanny pack (max size 6" x 9"), or a clear plastic/vinyl bag (max size 12" x 6" x 12"). Specialized bags for medical or infant care are permitted after inspection.
