- Tickets: November: $10 per person; December/January: $12 per person; all tickets increase $2 on the day of the event. Children 2 and under are free and do not require a ticket. Military members, seniors age 65+ and first responders receive $2 off. Groups of 20 or more qualify for group pricing, which will be announced closer to the holiday season. – Get tickets
- Hours: Monday-Sunday 6pm to 9pm; last entry 8:30pm every night. Santa is available 6:30pm to 8:30pm on every night the lights are open. Special hours may apply on select days, including Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
- Parking: Parking in the Freed Street Parking Deck is free for the first two hours and after 7pm. If parked longer than two hours before 7pm, it costs $3 for the first hour and $1.50 for every hour after. Payments are made through the Passport Parking App.
- Accessibility: Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome, with ADA elevator access to the field located to the right of the Wicked Weed Bar.
