What does the ticket include?
Unlimited use of every attraction: the ice rink, carousels, shows in the three theatres, Santa's House, the Grinch's House, Christmas Big Balls, the Singing Christmas Tree, the parades and the selfie stations. The only exception is the Ferris wheel, which needs its own ticket bought on site.
Can children use the ice rink on their own?
Minors need an adult to fill in a release form for the rink. If the adult isn't inside the village, they can sign it in front of staff at the dedicated outside ticket office. The form is then given to the child at the rink entrance.
What happens if it rains?
The village stays open, because most attractions are indoors or under cover. A few may close for safety.
Can I leave and come back later?
No. Each ticket is good for one entry only, so once you leave you can't get back in.
