Tips & Advice
- Buy tickets online ahead of time, because weekend dates and popular train times sell out and only a few tickets may be sold at the gate.
- Arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your entry or train time on peak weekends to get a good parking spot in the free lots.
- All trains board 15 minutes before departure, and a missed First-Class Pajama Express ride can't be rescheduled, so get to the platform early.
- Wear warm layers, a hat, gloves and a scarf, plus insulated boots, because the whole festival is outdoors and stays open in snow.
- If you plan to leave and come back, talk to the front gate attendant before you exit, or you won't be let back in.
