Parking
Gwydir Street Car Park is closed from the previous evening until the end of Fair day as it is the site of the food fair. The nearest car parks are Queen Anne Terrace Car Park, the Grafton Centre Car Park and at Clifton Way (Cambridge Leisure Park). There are also Park and Ride Car Parks on most approaches to the city, with buses every 10-15 minutes. Trumpington Road Park and Ride (Blue Route) stops at John Lewis on Downing Street. Newmarket Road Park and Ride (Orange Route) stops at the Grafton Centre then Drummer Street. Babraham Road Park and Ride (Green Route) stops at the Station then Drummer Street. Madingley Road Park and Ride (Red Route) stops at St Andrews Street. Milton Park and Ride (Purple Route) stops at Drummer Street. With a Blue Badge, you can park on single or double yellow lines for up to three hours except where there is a ban on loading or unloading or it causes an obstruction. If you have a Blue Badge, you should be able to park on any of the accessible two-way approach roads to Mill Road, as long as there are no special restrictions, such as St Barnabas Road, Tenison Road, Devonshire Road (in Petersfield) or Hope Street, Cavendish Road (in Romsey).
