Viennese Christmas Spectacular by Candlelight
Audiences experience an orchestral and vocal concert celebrating the Viennese tradition inside the cathedral illuminated by candlelight. Soprano Claire Wild joins the ensemble to perform operetta favourites from Lehár, Suppé, and Strauss II, including Adele's Laughing Song and the Csárdás from Die Fledermaus. The performance also features classic waltzes and orchestral favourites such as The Blue Danube, Sibelius's Valse triste, and selections from Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker and The Sleeping Beauty.
