- Look over the live zone maps before you go, because booth placements and layouts may still change as event day gets closer.
- Head to Zone L on the 2500 block for the shuttle, which sits at the end of the boulevard past the Art Block.
- Find the go-kart and bumper car track in Zone J and the Fun Zone in Zone G if you're bringing kids who want rides.
- Vendors and nonprofits should apply by November 15 on Eventeny, since booth options and placement depend on what's still available.
- Sign up to volunteer if you want to help, because roles run from setup through to the final goodnight.
Quick Actions
Frequently Asked Questions
What is there to see along the boulevard?
Magnolia Boulevard is split into twelve zones. They include the Big Stage, a Community Stage, a Fun Zone, a two-block car show, a go-kart and bumper car track and the juried Art Block gallery, plus vendor booths all along the route.
What's there to eat?
Food trucks and restaurant food booths are spread through the zones. Vendors also sell pre-packaged food. Restrooms are never more than 200 feet from any food booth or truck.
Where is the Art Block?
It's in Zone K on the 2600 block. Instead of separate tents, the artists share two large wedding-style tents that feel like an art gallery.
How can I get a booth?
Retailers, makers, local businesses and pre-packaged food sellers apply as Vendors & Exhibitors by November 15, through Eventeny. Nonprofits get discounted booth rates with proof of status. Only restaurants can prepare food on site, and food truck spaces are sold out.
Can I show my car?
Yes. All makes, models and car clubs are welcome. The entry fee is charged after approval, and entries are accepted while space lasts.
