Tips & Advice
- Arrive in good time, because seating is unreserved and everyone picks their own spot inside the Kreuzkirche once they're in.
- Have your proof of eligibility ready at the entrance if you bought a reduced ticket as a pupil, student, apprentice, volunteer or person with disabilities.
- Choose the Mobile Ticket or print-at-home ticketdirect option if you're buying close to the date, because postal delivery in Germany takes two to four working days.
- Call the bonnticket service hotline to book wheelchair spaces and companion seats, since those requests go through the hotline rather than the online seat options.
