Tips & Advice
- Book your Grotto slot online in advance, because online bookings close the night before your visit and can't be made on the day.
- Add games vouchers to your Grotto booking online to get them at a discount for hook-a-duck and the lobster pot game.
- Head for the entrance next to Pleasure Beach Resort Arena, reached through Watson Road Tunnel, and arrive in good time for your 30-minute Grotto slot.
- Keep your group to five people or fewer, because that is the most allowed in Santa's room at one time.
- Book ice skating online through the Pleasure Beach Arena website if you want a session, since skating bought on the day depends on availability.
Special Events & Promotions
