Quick Actions

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I shop for?

More than 700 booths across two floors sell holiday décor, apparel, toys, jewelry, food and treats. Santa is on hand to hear holiday wishes.

What is VIP Day?

VIP Day is Wednesday, Nov 4. You get first access to the newest products and vendors before the show opens to the public. Only VIP Admission tickets are accepted, and children 6 and older need their own VIP ticket. VIP tickets have sold out online. A few may remain at Oh My Sole in Helena and 1971 Clothing in Trussville (cash only).

What does an Early Shopper ticket get me?

An extra hour of shopping before general admission enters, Thursday through Sunday. It's for ages 13 and up, and children 6 and older need their own Early Shopper ticket.

Can I bring a stroller or rolling cart?

Not on VIP Day. Strollers, wagons, Hulken and roller bags are prohibited then, but wheelchairs and other mobility devices are allowed.

Where should I park?

Use the parking garages around the BJCC, where the BJCC sets the daily rate. Saturday is a very busy day in the area, so a rideshare is a good option if you're staying nearby.
