- Hours: Santa's Workshop: 11:00 am–3:30 pm daily; December 24 closes at 1:00 pm for photos only. Photos with Santa: 11:00 am–1:00 pm and 2:00 pm–3:30 pm December 18–23; December 24: 11:00 am–1:00 pm. Storytime: 3:30 pm–4:00 pm daily December 18–23. Tips & Advice
- Santa takes a break between the morning and afternoon photo sessions, so time your visit for one of the two sessions instead of the gap.
- On Christmas Eve, come in the morning, because the workshop only does photos that day and closes early.
- Write the letter to Santa ahead of time and drop it in the Village Centre mailbox, then come back the next afternoon for Santa's reply.
- Stay after the afternoon photo session from December 18 to 23 for Storytime with Santa at the workshop.
- Bring a donation for the Central Okanagan Food Bank so you can take home a Polaroid photo with Santa as a keepsake.
