Frequently Asked Questions
What's included with Christmas park entry?
There's Buzzlewick's Elf Emporium, where you decorate gingerbread people, write and post a letter to Santa, sit in his sleigh for a photo and make reindeer food. You also get a hot chocolate on the festive train ride, Indoor Snowball Wars in the giant igloo and Merlin's Festive Show. The usual fun of the park is included too.
How does the Santa visit work?
It's an optional extra, booked online at the same time as your park entry. It can't be added later. Your family gets a dedicated time slot with no queuing, for up to 6 children. After meeting Santa, each child picks a present in Buzzlewick's Toy Shop. Be at Santa's Cottage at least 5 minutes before your slot.
What if we have more than 6 children?
Only one Santa slot can go on each booking, so make a separate booking for the extra children, including their park entry. If you booked fewer than 6 and want to bring more, book park entry for the extra children. Staff will add them to your Santa slot on the day, up to 6.
Can we bring the dog?
Very calm, friendly, well-behaved older dogs are allowed. They must be on a lead and covered by public liability insurance, with a maximum of 2 per family and a dog ticket each. Owners sign a form on entry, and some parts of the park aren't accessible to dogs.
Can we change our date after booking?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you create an account during booking, you can change your visit date or time up to 24 hours ahead for a small fee.
