- Bring a card, since all of Strandbad Grünau is cashless and only card payments are accepted at the rink and the food stalls.
- Reserve skates online ahead of time, but on Fridays and Saturdays online reservation isn't possible and you rent them on site.
- Visit on a Wednesday with kids, when children up to 12 get in free without a ticket and Eisstockschießen costs nothing.
