The children's Christmas market is in the castle courtyard behind the town hall. At the Villa Kunterbunt there, Pippi Longstocking tells adventure stories with Annika and Tommy. St. Nicholas also visits the market with small gifts for children.

The Musikstadel at the town hall has two to three performances a day by local music, yodeling and singing groups. Local alphorn groups play every day. The pavilion in front of the Kurhaus has Christmas concerts, ballet, a St. Nicholas reception and fairy-tale storytelling.
