- Parking: Parking is at 4461 N. US-17 in Awendaw, SC 29429. Cars cannot park at the event venue and will be directed to the parking area; street parking is not allowed.
- Accessibility: An ADA shuttle van is available for those with mobility devices, but the terrain includes gravel paths, grass, and stone walkways that make manual wheelchairs difficult to push.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed.
