Tips & Advice
- Book as soon as reservations open, on November 2 for residents or November 13 for non-residents, because space is limited and pre-registration is required.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your time block and check in at Santa's Workshop in the Lake House, where cookies and hot cocoa are served.
- Book just one reservation for your whole family, since reservations cover the family together and are not sold per person.
- Have the kids write a letter to Santa and drop it straight into Santa's mailbox for a speedy delivery.
- Leave time to walk Veteran's Memorial Park for family photos near Santa's Sleigh and the other holiday scenes set up around the grounds.
Special Events & Promotions
- Coloring contest: pick up a sheet at the Avon Lake Public Library circulation desk starting October 31 and return it by November 13. Three random winners get a sleigh ride with Santa to Light Up the Park.
