Tips & Advice
- Book a reservation instead of walking up, because demand is very high and walk-ups only get in when there is space.
- Arrive on time for your 15-minute window and expect a wait after check-in, because early arrivals only join the queue at their scheduled time.
- Visit on a weekend if you want hot chocolate and cookies, since the cart only sells them on weekends.
- Bring another way to pay, because Ocean Rewards Comp Dollars, Ocean Rewards tier discounts and Ocean gift cards are not accepted.
- Cancel at least 24 hours ahead if your plans change, since no-shows and late cancellations are not refunded.
Special Events & Promotions
- Packages in the November pricing period (Nov 5–22) cost less than peak-season packages from Nov 27 onward.
- Extra 5x7, 5x3½ and wallet prints can be bought à la carte on top of a package.
- Hot chocolate and cookies are sold at the cart on weekends only.
