What does the Sleep Over include?
Each adult and child booked gets a Magical Trail pass. The elf-led trail has five stops, includes Make-A-Teddy and ends with a visit to Santa in his Log Cabin, plus a gift. You also get a Festive Banquet Meal dinner served by the elves, the cabaret-style Santa's Magical Show with Elf Entertainment during and after dinner, and an overnight bed and breakfast stay.
Who is the Sleep Over suited to, and do babies need a ticket?
Rooms take at least one child and one adult, up to a family of six, and roll-away beds may be used for children. Every child and baby needs a ticket, whatever their age. Babies get a present from Santa too.
Where do we check in?
Check in at Hotel Reception first. Staff will then direct you to where the Sleep Over Trail starts. If your trail starts before the rooms are ready, leave your bags in the car and check in straight after the trail.
Is the trail indoors or outdoors?
Most of the trail is covered and indoors. You spend a few minutes outside walking between the huts behind the hotel. You then walk around the car park to Santa at the side of the hotel, followed by a short outdoor walk back inside.
Can we get a professional photo with Santa?
The Festive Photo add-on is taken in a sleigh in front of a snowy festive backdrop, and it does not include Santa. You're welcome to take your own photo with Santa during your visit.
