Tips & Advice
- Buy tickets early, because the lowest-priced tickets sell out first and popular weekends, holiday weeks and Theme Nights can become limited as the season goes on.
- Reserve ice skating and the snow slide when you buy your tickets, since these activities can become limited on popular dates.
- Double-check your date, time and city before paying, because Enchant does not refund tickets or add-ons.
- Consider Visit Protection if your plans might change, since it covers date-change fees up to the night before your visit.
- Buy add-on tickets for children too, because kids need their own for activities like ice skating, and children under five must skate with a parent or guardian.
Special Events & Promotions
- Theme Nights on select evenings through the season, included with admission; some Theme Night activities need an add-on

Frequently Asked Questions
How long can we stay once we're inside?
Once you've entered, you can stay as long as you like.
What does the arrival window on my ticket mean?
It's the earliest time you can enter, and you can't get in before it. If you're running late you can still enter after the window has passed. Try to arrive as close to your window as you can.
What add-ons can we get?
Add-ons include parking, ice skating, the snow slide, Ferris wheel, Tilt-A-Whirl, carousel, train ride and a s'mores pit. You can add them when you buy tickets or later through your Enchant MyAccount. Children need their own add-on tickets. Guests with infant admission can't buy activities because of age and height limits.
Are Theme Nights included with admission?
Yes, Theme Nights come with your admission ticket. Some Theme Nights have special activities that need an add-on. Theme Night dates are on the Theme Nights Calendar.
What happens if the weather forces a cancellation?
If local weather makes Enchant cancel or delay a night, guests get a plan to reschedule to another date this season. Tickets can't be carried over to future seasons.
