Know Before You Go
- Tickets: Santa Experience tickets are £19.50 per person and include a personal one-to-one meeting with Santa and a magical Christmas gift. They are an optional add-on; Drusillas Day Tickets or memberships are also required for park entry. Adults and older siblings accompanying children do not need Santa Experience tickets. Under-2s accompanying older siblings who do not need a gift may enter Santa’s Cottage free; if they need a gift, or are the only child in the party, they need a Santa Experience ticket. Day Tickets bought at the same time as Santa tickets save 20%. Festive food and drink costs extra on dates Santa is visiting.
- Parking: Free parking on site for all visitors, with four EV charging points (subject to availability).
- Accessibility: Free tickets for accompanying carers, subject to eligibility.
Tips & Advice
- Book Santa Experience tickets online in advance, because the event often sells out and any tickets at the gate are first come, first served.
- Buy your Day Tickets at the same time as your Santa tickets to save 20%, since a Santa ticket on its own doesn't get you into the park.
- Annual Members still need to buy Santa Experience tickets for the day they visit, but park entry works as normal and doesn't need booking.
- Visit on a weekend up to 13 December or any day from 14 to 23 December, as those are the dates Santa is in his cottage.
- Don't buy a Santa ticket for an under-2 going in with an older sibling unless they want a gift, because they can join free.
Special Events & Promotions
- Santa is in his cottage on weekends only from 21 November to 13 December, then every day from 14 to 23 December (Santa Experience ticket needed as well as park entry).
- Save 20% on Drusillas Day Tickets bought at the same time as Santa Experience tickets.
- Festive food and drink at The Doughnut Factory on dates Santa is visiting, for an extra charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a Day Ticket as well as a Santa ticket?
Yes. The Santa Experience is an optional add-on and doesn't include park entry. Everyone in your party needs a Drusillas Day Ticket or membership, or you won't be able to get in to see Santa.
What does the Santa Experience include?
A one-to-one visit with Santa in his cosy cottage, a photo opportunity and a Christmas gift.
Do adults and siblings going in with the child need Santa tickets?
No. Only children who want to visit Santa and get a gift need Santa Experience tickets. Under-2s who go in with an older sibling and don't need a gift are welcome free. They need a ticket if they want a gift or are the only child in your party.
What else is there to do at Christmas?
There's a 24ft Christmas tree in the Events Arena, with a Christmas tree forest for hide and seek and a tunnel of lights. You can also join the singing reindeer trio's sing-along, pose at festive photo spots and shop for stocking fillers.
Where can we get festive treats?
The Doughnut Factory, next to the Safari Express railway, sells loaded hot chocolate, festive biscuits, Christmas cakes and fresh doughnuts. These are available on dates Santa is visiting, for an extra charge.
