Tips & Advice
- Choose the 5 km, 1 km Correpatas, or age-specific children's race to match your fitness and the participant's age.
- Note that the Correpatas, children's races, and 5 km have separate start times, so arrive with enough time for your chosen race.
- Wear comfortable running shoes and weather-appropriate clothing, since the event takes place on an outdoor road course.
- For children's races, confirm the age bracket: distances range from 350 m for ages 0–6 to 1,000 m for ages 11–13.
- Spectators can watch along the course and enjoy batucada and charanga animation; choose a safe viewing spot away from runners.
