Tips & Advice
- Plan your entry carefully, because each business or organization gets only one registration with no more than two vehicles plus a walking group.
- Have your entry staged and ready on Main Street between Preston Street and Porterfield Hwy before judging, because only entries there are judged for prizes.
- Come into the staging area from West Main Street near Dairy Queen and Pizza Inn, because that is where entries reach the Main Street line-up.
- Play Christmas-themed music from your entry but leave the bullhorns and loudspeakers at home, because they are not allowed in the parade.
- Decorate every vehicle, trailer and walker in the spirit of Christmas, because the Kiwanis Club can reject any entry it considers inappropriate.
