- Tickets are sold per vehicle (Carload or XL Van), and admission is included for everyone inside. Arrive in the same vehicle as your ticket type.

A Carload Ticket covers admission for everyone in a car, standard truck, SUV, or mini-van, and includes onsite parking. You only need one ticket per vehicle.
Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
Refund and exchange requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled date and time, and are not guaranteed. Online ticket fees are non-refundable.
Will Santa Claus be at the event?
No, Santa Claus will no longer be a part of Enchanted Airlie.
