Parking

The city operates seven municipal parking lots and three garages at the oceanfront. All parking locations and meters accept major credit and debit cards. Pay by phone for on-street parking provided by Passport. Bus parking spaces are available at the 4th Street and Croatan lots. Overnight parking for buses is permitted at the 4th Street lot only. Regular overnight parking is permitted at the 9th Street 25th Street and 31st Street garages only. Monthly parking is available at all garages: 9th St., 25th St., and 31st St. Variable rates = $2/hour with a maximum daily rate of $10 after 3 hours. Resident Discount (available by showing a valid driver’s license with a Virginia Beach address) = $3 after 5 pm at all locations and all day at Croatan and Sandbridge lots.
