Paid parking is in effect Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays from 10 AM to 8 PM. At the Launch Ramp, paid parking remains in effect 7 days/week, 24 hours per day. Free parking is available Monday-Thursday (except holidays) at the Village and Beaches. Dolphin Lot and Spinnaker Drive are always free. Electric car charging stations are available at 4 locations within Ventura Harbor Village and at Harbor Cove Beach.
