All aboard for a magical journey on The Polar Express! Departing from Utica's Union Station, this enchanting train ride brings the classic story to life. Passengers will be served hot chocolate and cookies while traveling north. Upon arrival at the North Pole, Santa Claus himself will board the train to visit with each family and present the first gift of Christmas: a Silver Bell. Families are encouraged to wear their pajamas for this unforgettable holiday tradition.

All tickets must be picked up in person at the ticket window no earlier than 1 hour prior to departure. The reservation holder must present a valid ID to receive their ticket envelope containing the golden tickets.
