El parque temático navideño ofrece más de 100.000 metros cuadrados repletos de luces, atracciones y espectáculos para toda la familia. - Take the Cercanías C2 or C7 to Torrejón de Ardoz, since the park is just 100 metres from the station and public transport helps you avoid the crowds.
- Leave scooters and bikes at home, because they aren't allowed in the park and there's nowhere to store them during your visit.
- Arrive whenever suits you after opening, but turn up on time for Ice Festival or the ice rink, as those run at a set time.
- Pick up an attraction bonus card if you plan to do several rides, since it adds extra credit and stays valid all season.

Extras: the giant Ferris wheel, the ice rink, Ice Festival, the rides and El viaje de Noel in the dome.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you can bring food in. There are also six food areas, including Zona Village with food trucks and sweets, Bierhaus and Café la plaza, and several stalls serve gluten-free food.
Where should I park?
There are three free car parks: P1 off C/ Telémaco 11 (gates A1 and A2), P2 off C/ Meridiano 11 (gate A4) and P3 off C/ Margarita Salas (gate A5).
How long can I stay?
There's no time limit. You can stay as long as you like while the park is open. To leave and come back, ask the exit staff for the day's stamp.
What help is there for visitors with disabilities?
Visitors with reduced mobility, functional diversity or neurodivergence get Fast Access. Two car parks are set aside for them, one by the Renfe station footbridge and one by the rides-area entrance.
