- Parking: There are a few parking garages located in close proximity to their home dock (stop #7) behind The Tampa Convention Center and the Sail Pavilion, such as the Tampa Convention Center Garage, Pam Iorio Parking Garage, or Fort Brooke Garage. Street parking may also be available. Parking is not included in your ticket price. They do not own or operate any parking garages. Please allow extra time to find parking. The Pirate Water Taxi will not be able to wait if passengers are late due to parking.
- Accessibility: All of their Water Taxis are wheelchair accessible, however not all dock locations are accessible. They recommend calling in advance to accommodate.
- Pets: Only registered service animals are permitted.

What is the cancellation policy?
Pirate Water Taxi tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What happens if it rains?
Service is weather-dependent and will be suspended for lightning, heavy rain, and high winds. If cruises are canceled due to weather, rain checks will be issued, and you may return the next day.
Are there restrooms on the boat?
Captain Jack II, Pirate Pat, L’atitude Lindsey, Latitude Lindsey II and Matey Mason all have a restroom. All boats operating on the River Route have a restroom.
Are your boats wheelchair accessible?
All of their Water Taxis are wheelchair accessible, however not all dock locations are accessible. They recommend calling in advance to help accommodate.
Do you allow dogs on board?
