The Non-profit Tree Decorating Challenge 2023 in Downtown State College features 10 local non-profits competing to decorate trees in the Enchanted Forest. The winner receives a $1,000 donation from the Downtown State College Improvement District. Vote for your favorite tree by scanning the QR code on each tree by December 3.
