Schedule
Wonderland is available to book on select dates from late November through December. On these days, Wonderland opens at 10am, with closing times announced on the day. Only the Funtopia Indoor Amusement Park rides, the soft play area and The Polar Express Christmas Sleigh ride will be available on our Wonderland days.

Parking
Parking is available in council-run facilities and street parking bays near the park. Town centre rates are £1.10 an hour, seafront rates are £3 an hour. All town centre parking is free after 6pm, except from The Royals Shopping Centre. Council's Parking department contact: 01702 215003. Accessibility
Dedicated wheelchair and pushchair access points via the entrance to Funtopia. All entrances to the park are step-free, as are the entrances to most rides. Hearing loop system onsite. Customer lockers available. Wheelchair accessible toilet facilities at the far west end of the park, under the Sands by the Sea building; under the entrance slope on the east side of the park; under the Play Stack in Adventure Island; and at the far east end of the site, underneath Adventure Golf.

What does a Wonderland booking include?
Each Wonderland children’s ticket (which includes one free adult) provides an exciting festive experience. Your child will receive a special passport to guide them on a magical journey to meet Father Christmas, along with vouchers for a variety of holiday treats. Vouchers include: FREE round at Adventure Golf for the child, FREE entry to Sealife Adventure for the child, £2 worth of FREE games at Funtopia Arcade, Access to all the rides in Funtopia Indoor Amusement Park as well as The Polar Express Christmas Sleigh ride, Access to our 6-storey soft play area (for children aged 10 and under), FREE Hot Chocolate or Berry Juice (and Mulled Wine for the adults!), FREE children’s meal voucher for Sands by the Sea and Feelgoods Diner when purchased alongside a full paying adult. Height restrictions for rides apply. Each voucher in the passport will have an individual expiry date, and will not be redeemable beyond this date.
Why isn't my annual pass number being accepted?
If your annual pass number isn’t being accepted, there may be a few reasons for this. It’s possible that your pass has expired, or the postcode you entered doesn’t match the one we have on file. If you’re still having trouble, please contact them at 01702 443400 or email them at bookings@stockvale.co.uk, and they’ll be happy to assist you.
What happens if I am late for my time slot?
Please arrive at the Adventure Inside cashier desk at least 30 minutes before your booked time slot. The cashier will provide you with the exact time to head to the departure lounge, where you’ll wait for your special visit with Father Christmas. If you miss your scheduled time, you’ll need to rearrange by emailing bookings@stockvale.co.uk or calling them at 01702 443400. Arriving on time will help ensure you don’t miss out on this magical experience.
Are the outdoor rides open during my visit?
Only the Funtopia Indoor Amusement Park rides, the soft play area and The Polar Express Christmas Sleigh ride will be available on our Wonderland days. Height restrictions for rides apply. Our soft play area is for children aged 10 and under.
What gift will my child receive from Father Christmas?
Each child’s passport includes a voucher to choose a toy from Father Christmas’ Toy Store. With a wide selection ranging from teddy bears to games and other exciting goodies, there’s something for every child to enjoy!
